How I work

Observability firstIf I can't measure it, I can't understand it. Logs, metrics and traces are the foundation of every system I build.
Resilience by designFailures are inevitable. Isolated components, circuit breakers, retry policies and smart timeouts aren't optional.
Obsessive automationTests, deploys, backups, alerts — any manual process that repeats itself is a bug waiting to happen.
